Spanish 5 is the AP Spanish. But again, it depends in how your high school, district, and state organizes the language curriculum. If in your high school the language s divided into two different levels (Spanish 5 Honors or Spanish 5.1, and Spanish 5 College Prep or Spanish 5.2), then not both of them are going to prepare you for the AP Spanish. You need to be at the Honors level or Spanish 5.1. Some areas might use different names; some high schools called them AP Spanish, some Spanish 5.1, and some Spanish 5 Honors. If you have doubts, please, ask your teacher. Most high schools have specific programs to get you ready for the AP examination. Some others don't, so you would probably need a tutor to help you. Some high schools, even if they have a program, you might need extra help from private teachers as well.
